The above graph below shows the latest information (as of February 11, 2010) for prices in the GTA over the past four years. This information is from the Market Watch, a monthly report published by the Toronto Real Estate Board which shows trends in sales and prices across the Greater Toronto area. The report has separate sections for each of the major regions (East, West, Central and North) as well as an overall summary that shows historical prices for the GTA back to the 1970's.
