The above graphs shows the latest information (as of November 30, 2010) for monthly average selling prices and sales in the Greater Toronto Area over the past three years. This information is from the Market Watch, a monthly report published by the Toronto Real Estate Board which shows trends in sales and prices across the GTA. The report has separate sections for each of the major regions (East, West, Central and North) as well as an overall summary that shows historical prices for the GTA back to the 1970's.
